Levent Oral
Petroleum Engineer & International Projects Expert
With over 16 years of experience in drilling, well services, and completions across oil, gas, and geothermal sectors. After graduating from METU (Turkey), he worked in both national and private companies within Turkey. Since 2015, Levent has gained extensive international experience, managing projects in Africa, North America, and the Middle East as a Project Specialist and Country Manager. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various government bodies including the US government, European Commission, Japanese agencies, African ministries, and Middle Eastern national companies. Levent has led and managed diverse operations and turnkey projects, providing consultancy services to both national and private sector clients in Turkey and Africa. In addition to his technical fieldwork, he has overseen procurement, contracts, logistics, and international negotiations. Levent continues to consult Turkish companies on optimizing their projects and expanding globally.
Liubov Musintseva
Head of International Procurement & Import Export
With over 18 years of experience in international sales and supply chain management, Lyuba Kırım specializes in connecting global markets and driving business growth. She holds a degree in International Relations and Commercial Trade from Russia, focusing on English and Chinese, and continued her studies in Economics in China. Lyuba began her career at Honghua International Drilling Rig Manufacturer in Sichuan, China, gaining hands-on training in drilling equipment. She later worked in Central Asia as a Purchasing Manager for Eriell Drilling Services in Tashkent, sourcing critical drilling equipment and developing deep expertise in the Chinese supply market. Transitioning to the Turkish energy sector with Jereh, a leading Chinese manufacturer, she led sales and business development efforts, expanding market presence. Known for her detail-oriented approach, Lyuba balances price, quality, and cultural understanding to ensure project success. Fluent in Turkish, English, and Russian, with working knowledge of Chinese, she collaborates closely with technical teams and purchasing managers to deliver projects on time and drive innovation.
